Our second core competency – in addition to manufacturing cosmetic products – is filling and packaging to customer specifications, with the greatest possible flexibility when it comes to number of units and execution.
The manufactured or – potentially – purchased bulk product is filled into primary containers at our extensive facilities. These can be anything from a pot to a tube to a bottle or anything else. Shape and size are virtually unlimited. Additional steps like the application of sealing films or cover plates, labelling, application of tamper-proof seals, etc. are easy to implement thanks to the modular design of our machine fleet.
Depending on customer needs, the filled containers are packed directly into cartons for shipping or packed into folding boxes in an extra step. We offer many options during the packaging stage to make the product as specific to the customer as possible. Inliners, package inserts, labels, tamper-proof guarantees, cellophane wrapping, etc. – never a problem at Temmentec.

We are also specialists in warm filling into pots and tubes (skincare, sun protection, lip balm, combo products, etc.).
