One of our greatest strengths is our employees. They’re the key to our success. We believe that a good work environment and a strong team spirit aren’t created just during working hours. We do much more. Every summer, we organize a company trip to visit a beautiful spot somewhere in Switzerland. We warm up for the company holiday with a barbecue, and, of course, there’s no skipping a big end-of-year party!

We invest in our employees. Regular training and continuing education for our employees is a matter close to our hearts. We hold multiple Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt courses every year and every participant completes a practical project. We’re very proud of the number of employees who can already call a Yellow and/or Green Belt certificate their own.
