Manufacturing at our factory can begin with small bulk product batch sizes and reach the desired production sizes by upscaling in one or more steps. Depending on how a product develops on the market, batch sizes can be redefined and adjusted at any time thanks to our extensive machine fleet. Complete in-process checks and documentation are par for the course. Thanks to cutting-edge infrastructure, Temmentec\u2019s production can meet the highest standards for safety, hygiene, and sustainability (ISO 9001<\/a>, ISO 14001<\/a>, Cosmetic GMP 22716<\/a>) Temmentec can manufacture emulsions, liquid and wax-based products, oils, and sticks of various sizes from 10 kg up to 10,000 kg per batch. Our extraction system and a work environment secured against electrostatic discharge allow us to manufacture products with volatile substances according to the ATEX standard. <\/p>\n
