Unsere Bulkproduktion: flexibel und anpassungsf\u00e4hig dank Upscaling<\/h3>\n

In unserer Fabrikation k\u00f6nnen wir mit der Herstellung kleiner Bulk-Ansatzgr\u00f6ssen starten und mittels Upscaling in einem oder mehreren Schritten zu den gew\u00fcnschten Produktionsgr\u00f6ssen gelangen. Je nach Entwicklung eines Produktes am Markt k\u00f6nnen die Ansatzgr\u00f6ssen jederzeit wieder neu definiert und angepasst werden, dank unserem breit aufgestellten Maschinenpark. L\u00fcckenlose in-process Kontrollen und entsprechende Dokumentation sind selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. H\u00f6chste Anforderungen f\u00fcr beste Resultate<\/h3>\n

Dank modernster Infrastruktur kann Temmentec nach den h\u00f6chsten Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Hygiene und Nachhaltigkeit (ISO 9001<\/a>, ISO 14001<\/a>, Cosmetic GMP 22716<\/a>) produzieren. Temmentec ist in der Lage, Emulsionen, fl\u00fcssige und wachsartige Produkte, \u00d6le sowie Stifte in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6ssen von 10 kg bis zu 10\u2019000 kg pro Charge herzustellen. Mit unserer Quellabsaugung und einer ESD-gesch\u00fctzten Arbeitsumgebung k\u00f6nnen auch Produkte mit fl\u00fcchtigen Stoffen nach ATEX-Standard hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n
